Refund Policy: We offer 70% refund on pre-cancellations through Sunday October 3rd 2009. If you need to cancel contact us and we shall issue you a partial refund. This does not apply to no shows.
As of noon Wednesday, September 23, online conference registration is closed. Our eventbrite page shall remain live for information. To allow time for processing, registrations after this date are considered walk-ins and carry an additional US$20 charge. Kelowna City Park
Sessions start at 8:30 AM and run until 4 PM. Registration will be open in the park at 7:30 AM. Plan to sign-up for ISA CEUs after the last session.
Then, join us for the Opening Reception back at the Delta Grand Okanagan at 5 PM. We'll celebrate a successful day with the exhibitors and check out the Silent Auction items.

The day will begin at 7 AM and a continental breakfast with the trade show exhibitors. The keynote begins at 8 AM and general/concurrent sessions run throughout the day. Sign-in for ISA CEUs in the registration area after the last session (5 PM).
The Closing Banquet will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 PM. The banquet is included for full conference registrants. For others, tickets can be purchased for $40.
